Welcome to Alameda Alagator Swim Team

The Alameda Alagator Swim Team, join the leaders in Alameda Island Swimming, and the predecessors of the Alameda Swim Team that have been serving the Alameda Swimming Community for 25 years. Our Pacific Swimming Age Group Swim Club has been known for providing Excellent Performance and Value for the Alameda community.

Members of the team have participated in all levels of competitive swimming (check out our records). The Alameda Residents have lovingly referred to us as "The Gators" for years. We are a year-round competitive USA Swim Team offering stroke instruction, training, and competition to swimmers of all ages and abilities in Alameda (Northern California), at the most reasonable fees, in our area.!!! We believe that all interested swimmers should be able to afford competitive swimming. With offer all levels of training to the swimming athlete. The Ala-Gator Team offers free tryouts (not available from May-Aug. due to summer swim programs) to any interested swimmer. Our swimmers achieve Swim Meet Times from Novice to National Record Times.

All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.

We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank you for joining us. We are looking forward to meeting you. Please feel free to ask another member or coach any question you may have.
